We LOVE kettle corn, and we know you will love it too.
The perfect combination of SWEET & SALTY, it's the perfect snack for any occasion at any time of year!  That is why we went in to the business of cooking and selling kettle corn.

We sell kettle corn at events around Oregon & Washington and Arizona in the winter months.  We are available to attend any event.  If you are looking to have kettle corn at your event, go to the events page and send us a request.

We also are available to help your organization with your fundraising events.  If you are looking for a fun and exciting fundraising event, let us know.
What is kettle corn?
It is unknown exactly where kettle corn comes from.  Some people say it is a German treat brought to the US by German immigrants.  Others say it was also started by cowboys on the range who would take some fat and heat it up in their cast iron pots.  They would then throw in some corn and a sweetener (usually honey or molasses) and then kick back and enjoy an evening treat.  What we do know is that over the years, the recipe has been perfected, and we can enjoy this treat year round!

How do we make kettle Corn?
Today it doesn't take a PhD in chemical engineering, food science, or even a cast iron pot to make WONDERFUL KETTLE CORN!  What does it take?
  1. Popcorn
  2. Corn oil
  3. Sugar
  4. Salt
Yep, that is all.  We heat the oil, add the popcorn

When it starts to pop we add the sugar.

As the popcorn starts to pop, it is coated with a wonderful shell of sweetness.

It is poured out on to our sifting table where we add a little salt.

This is where the SALTY joins the SWEET to produce one of the best snacks in the world.  It's ready to eat!  COME AND GET IT!!
